Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Kamio account and all associated data, you can do so using the methods below.

In-App Deletion

Open the Kamio app and navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

Email Request

Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information and account credentials
• All content you have created within the app
• Your preferences and settings
• Usage history and analytics data tied to your account

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction records (if applicable) for financial reporting
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
• Information necessary to comply with legal obligations

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• You will lose access to any premium features or subscriptions
• Active subscriptions should be canceled through the App Store or Google Play before deletion
• Deletion is typically completed within 30 days of the request
